high detail pixel based art style

set in future but it is reminiscent of 1920-1930 era like during the space prohibition (I dont know)
story driven, choice driven game play
combat is sparse but exciting
futuristic tech with old design qualities
randomized events for example; you could be in a "speakeasy" and all of the sudden the police bust down the door and you gotta make a choice that will depend if you are arrested, killed, or escape
replay value
you can follow quest story line or just freeroam and make your own story
all sorts of cool technology based skills like rocket boots or a particle shield or something
no matter what we have to make atleast a small reference to bioshock
mechs, there have to be mechs
